Every day we cultivate the vegetable garden and take care of the farmyard animals, to offer our guests fresh, authentic, and locally sourced products.
Seasonal vegetable garden
In our garden, vegetables and aromatic herbs grow following the natural rhythms of the seasons.
In summer, tomatoes, zucchini, and salad greens; in autumn, radicchio, pumpkins, and cabbage. Every dish served at the farmhouse is enriched with ingredients harvested just steps from the kitchen.
Farmyard animals
Chickens and ducks live outdoors, surrounded by a healthy and natural environment. Fresh eggs and other products help make our cuisine more authentic and sustainable.

We believe in respectful and humane agriculture: we bring to the table what we grow and raise, minimizing steps and guaranteeing freshness.
