Arrivals and Departures
- Check-in: from 15:30 to 21:00. If you expect to arrive after 21:00, please contact the property in advance.
- Check-out: from 07:00 to 10:00.
- Late check-out: it is possible to extend your departure time upon request by contacting the reception (this service is subject to a charge and availability).
Dining and Bar
- Breakfast: served daily from 07:30 to 10:00.
- Bar and Snacks: open in the morning from 11:00 to 13:00 and in the late afternoon from 18:00 to 21:00.
- Dinner: served from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Service is by reservation only; please book by 10:00 AM on the same day. Please note: dinner service is not available on Sundays.
Pool & Relax
- Swimming Pool Hours: open from April to October, from 08:00 to 20:00.
- Regulations: a swimming cap must be worn before entering the water.
- Equipment: the reception assigns 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers to each room for their exclusive use.
- Pool towels: towels for the pool are available for an additional charge.
Rooms and Cleaning
- Room Tidying: cleaning and tidying services are provided daily from 09:00 to 13:00.
- Towel change: provided free of charge every 3 days. A daily change can be requested for an additional fee.
- Wi-Fi: free internet access throughout the property.
- Room Rules: Out of respect for all guests and the property, smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited, and doing laundry in the rooms is not permitted.
Extra Services and Parking
- Car parking: free for one vehicle per room (the parking area is neither guarded nor insured). For those wishing to leave their car in the parking area on the day of departure (after check-out), a fee of €5 applies.
- Bicycle rental: free for our guests. A security deposit is the only requirement.
- Shuttle Service: available upon reservation and for an additional fee.
Pets
- Animali: Animali non ammessi. Per rispettare le esigenze di tutti i nostri ospiti, siamo spiacenti di non poter accettare animali domestici.
